Tejas Borja will be present at Cevisama 2019, from 28 January to 1 February at Feria Valencia.

Tejas Borja presents from the most traditional formats and finishes, such as curved or mixed tiles, to the most innovative models and finishings on the market, such as the Flat-5XL ceramic tile (the largest flat tile in the world) and the finishings of the BorjaJET range (the only company in the sector that applies InkJet finishings to the decoration of ceramic tiles). In addition, a wide range of non-ceramic components and roofing systems for installation, thus converting us into experts and references in the sector of pitched roofs.

Tejas Borja exhibits at the largest and most established construction event in the GCC., BIG 5 Dubai 2018.

The Big 5 Dubai is a 4 day event being held from 26th November to the 29th November 2018 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, United Arab Emirates. This event showcases products like The Big 5 in Dubai has been home to the largest gathering of construction professionals in the Middle East.

Tejas Borja is a family business in Spain. In 2018, Tejas Borja becomes the first company in the sector to use Inkjet printing in the industrial production of ceramic rooftiles. A flagship company in the innovation and improvement of clay rooftiles. Nowadays, able to manufacture the largest ceramic roof tile ever made.

For the fifth consecutive year, Tejas Borja participates at The Big 5 Dubai in the Spanish Pavilion organized by ICEX. We classify our quality standards in 4 new categories according to the manufacturing process used to give our products their excellent definition and flatness. We denote these categories using icons depicting the exterior profiles which define them.

Logo Borja Extrem

Exclusive to Tejas Borja, a roller klin manufacturing process using ceramic clay with very low water absorption, less tan 3%,to produce large tiles.

Logo Borja Tech

Plaster moulds and H-cassette production. More compact clay. Very low absorption

Logo Borja Class

Manufacturing using high-quality, very fine, red sintered clay.  Very low  absorption and extremely strong.

Logo Borja Blanc

Selección de arcillas especiales blancas. Ideal para el clima mediterráneo con las destonificaciones naturales características de estas arcillas.

FINISHING TECHNIQUES

We classify our finishing techniques in 3 new categories according to the technique used.
We denote these categories with icons using a colour-filled circle as we are talking about the exterior finish of our products.

Logo Borja Jet

New Inkjet technology, the digital printing system allows us to create finishes never used before in the sector.

Logo Borja Line

Aged and monochrome, obtained through the application of engobes and creamic deposits.

Logo Borja Decor

Finishes obtained through double firing, glosses and glazes which prevent premature ageing.

Tejas Borja at AQUIBAT 2018 (France)

AQUIBAT, the most important event for the public works and construction sector was held in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (France – Bordeaux) from 14 to 16 March (2018) in the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux.

On its Aquibat 2018 stand (Hall 1 – Allée D – Travée 35 – Stand 3509) Tejas Borja presented its recently developed innovations, which are detailed in its “DOSSIER THE ®EVOLUTION”.

BorjaJET, the first line of tiles decorated using digital technology on an industrial scale, gives excellent definition in the reproduction of all types of effects never achieved before, combining the richness of natural materials with the technical properties of tiles. This revolutionary technology makes it possible to create finishes never seen before.

To complement this range of finishes, the company has debuted a new format of tile which is equally revolutionary. The FLAT-5XL is the largest ceramic tile in the world, unique in the sector and perfectly flat. When combined with BorjaJET, these tiles can be used to make any type of roof conceived by architects or designers.

Tejas Borja also used AQUIBAT to launch its new complete system for insulated and ventilated roofs which provides maximum energy efficiency, something essential for today’s buildings. BorjaTHERM is a THERMAL INSULATED ROOFING SYSTEM which is fast and easy to install, both for rebuilds and refurbishment projects, and gives the roof the highest levels of thermal protection.
