Located in a rural area of the Madrid region, this single-family home renovation project combines contemporary design, energy efficiency, and respect for the natural surroundings. Featuring architecture characterized by clean lines and sustainable materials, the intervention focuses on updating the house without disrupting its integration into the landscape.
For the roof, the Solar Flat tile was used — a large-format ceramic solution that integrates photovoltaic solar modules into its structure. Thanks to its matte finish and flat profile, the roof maintains a modern and uniform aesthetic without compromising energy performance.
This system is ideal for rural or protected environments, where architectural integration and sustainability are priorities. The solar system remains completely hidden, allowing the traditional look of the roof to be preserved while benefiting from advanced solar technology.
